Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

  Pack Your Items

  Place your Loop earplugs and all original packaging inside a secure shipping mailer to ensure they arrive safely.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
